For products requiring a more premium finish, thicker or oversized end plates can be incorporated into the design. These often require recessed machining to accommodate connectors typically intended for thinner panels. We can also recess the entire rear face of an end plate, allowing the extrusion to sit neatly within the panel for a cleaner, more refined appearance. Additional finishing details, such as chamfered or deburred edges, further enhance the overall aesthetic.
